05:26 pm - Dawn Walk around Green Lake
As mentioned on Facebook, Julie and I took a dawn walk around Green Lake, knowing we'd see plenty of birds. We were not disappointed! Here are three pictures.

Nice. Are you interested in shots of birds that regularly visit feeders? I get hummers, sparrows, finches, chickadees, bush tits, crows, jays, northern flickers, starlings (ugh) and various others regularly at my feeder if you want to come give it a try. The feeders are just outside my sliding glass window.

I don't think I'll have the chance between now and the end of the term, but maybe during break.

They're pretty, indeed! We watched this one preen himself for a good ten minutes. Very industrious.

All a fun, however the wood duck photo you featured is special.
