|03:38 pm - Since I actually played this time...|
I've avoided the false memory meme the last few times I've seen it, but for some reason I actually played this time. Maybe it was because I saw two posts about it right after each other, and mentioned them to each other. Um, if you know what I mean.
Anyway, if you feel like playing:
Make a comment to this post with a fake memory of something you're pretty certain we actually didn't do.
Continue the meme by making the request in your own journal.
Or, continue on about your daily business as if nothing untoward has happened.
Only you can decide.
Naturally, I'm thinking of the delicious home-made Cornish beef pasty you shared with me at a WisCon a decade or more ago, not thinking to mention that the brown sauce was hash-oil based. I'm not sure some of the people who had the misfortune to be on the dance floor that night will ever recover from the trauma of seeing us do the Time Warp together!
I'm still trying to recover!
But the hash oil brown sauce. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
It was that night two weeks before you brought juliebata
to Seattle. Do you remember? Because you'd been drinking a lot. A lot
. And you told me you needed a Mother Confessor so your conscience would be clear when you hit the road. I was glad to do it, really. You clearly needed an ear. But dude
. . . I was not
prepared for half of what I heard. I hope she appreciates it.
And now it seems that mckitterick
told you about the elopement. That $200 was from you? ::wry grin:: Well, just goes to show you. I'll have to speak to him about that . . . .
So, um. Err.
Oh. That night. Um.
Hey! Forget about the $200. 'kay? No sweat!
