15 Single Malts
(Okay, 14 single malts and a bourbon.)
Yeah, those are terrific photos of Art. He looks really happy.
So Denys really liked the article in the Independent Coast Observer, which reminded me to read it, and I really liked it too. Hey, his explanation of fanzine history is better than mine! Anyway, did he ever really pronounce The Top Ten Things It Took Him 90 Years to Learn? This I gotta hear.
From the title, I thought it was going to be semi-cute stuff, along the lines of "you know you're a [blank] when..." but they were mostly anti-Christian things.
Ah, kind of a rant then, eh?
What they said. Great pictures, especially of Art. I'm sorry I couldn't be there. Even without the moving, those twisty roads would do me in. (I went there once some years ago.)
I have a LOT more sympathy for people being unable to handle the twisty roads, now that I've actually ridden on them. Julie does a great job of driving on them. I don't know if I could!
In the interest of completing certain circles I'm adding you to my friend's list. I love your photography btw. I'll probably add you to my Flickr contacts as well.
Glad you like the photography -- and I hope the chattery stuff doesn't turn you away. ;>
Alas, but I almost never post to flickr anymore. No particular reason.
Chattery stuff is good by me.
I'm the occasional art editor for an online writing anthology and am often seeking images to pair with stories, poems, etc. Just warning you that I hit my photographer LJ friends up as often as possible. We just finished an issue, but the next will come along soon enough.
I would be more than happy to help you use one of my images. Thanks for letting me know!
