|08:57 pm - Driftwood|
Golden Gardens, Seattle
That's gorgeous, Luke. Everything you've posted today has really been fine.
Thanks! I'm glad you think so.
that's a really gorgeous photo!
This is easily my favorite of your white series.
Why, thank you sir. Hope you are doing well.
I've been meaning to add you as a friend and just have (we seem to know many of the same people and both live in Seattle). The photos are gorgeous. Did you just find the driftwood composed that way? It's like a puzzle layout with pieces missing--just perfect.
Thanks for sharing and I'm around if you'd like to go walking in the city.
It reminded me of a player piano roll, for what that's worth.
It's actually a big log, partially buried and rotted in the sand at Golden Gardens.
I said "holy cow" when I saw how many people on our reading lists we had in common. Hah!
Yes, I definitely can see a torn and tattered piano roll there. I thought the photo might be of a log because of its softened linear form but I still like the idea that the driftwood somehow composed itself into music on the beach.
And "holy cow" indeed. I'm pleased to meet you.
